About the Author

Medium, oracle, deathworker, priestess, ritualist, artist. I've been twisting the magical energies for decades, landed in the Reclaiming/Feri tradition, and am initiate of both. I believe in the power of community, deep listening, and the mystic in all of us. I live for joy and transformation, and run open arms into the Work. Oracular work, ritual, speaking uncomfortable truths, blending essential oils/herbs, art, and conversing with the Beloved Dead are my specialties. I am most alive at the seashore. When I cannot be there I thrive where I can hear the sounds of nature, smell the green, and feel the reaching roots beneath my feet. I believe in connection. Long time, no blog – a personal observation

November 3, 2018By boneweaver1 Comment

Things are shifting, moving rapidly

January 9, 2018By boneweaver0 Comments

It’s all wonderful with new knowledge being gained, new friendships being built, newish community being strengthened. But I’m hella busy. It’s good. I’m tired, but happy. I had a reading this past fall and part of it was being told […]

The Dead are Restless Waiting for Us to Enact Change

October 31, 2017By boneweaver0 Comments

Every year the Dead are restless. This year even more so. They’re yearning to be remembered, to be learned from, to hear their names called. They want us to heal the wounds of earlier generations and to send that healing […]

The Long Roll Uphill from Grief

July 19, 2017By boneweaver0 Comments

It’s been awhile. The climb has been steep and slippery. I feel more myself than I have since February. Part of this returning I credit to Spiralheart Witchcamp from where I’ve just returned. I had a grand time! I got […]

Paganism: resists infallible leader syndrome, eats them when they fail

April 14, 2017By boneweaver27 Comments

I’m always hesitant about stepping into leadership in my community. I feel called to share my gifts, and resist the glare of the spotlight. Scrutiny is a difficult thing, but my religious community prides itself on being fully human in […]
