A Whole Year @ PaganBloggers(!): Admin-not-admin notes

Today, one year into Installation Wizard, I don’t know what event I’m celebrating more. This year, (my somewhat late celebration of) the Spring Equinox in the Northern hemisphere corresponds with the #MarchForOurLives protest in Washington, DC, where students, their friends and supporters, and my peers walk together against the exclusive control of gun legislation in the states by pro-gun lobbies. Just how much connectivity and community I can feel in these events, in the ways I have contributed, enthralls me. a modern Cub & Ursa Major (freeform thinking)

Not a rehash of those stories of the North Star and the constellation circling it, I fall asleep twenty two hours before the super blue blood moon eclipse enchanted by another astral body. In the space for dreaming, those two gatherings of stars, paired together so often, take the form of Ursa Major and Minor, bear and cub, blending together beneath my fetal rib cage. Installation Wizard: Setup

It’s the Spring Equinox and I’m finishing up a brisk sunrise ritual in honor of Baldr at the community wildlife sanctuary. I mutter my last prayer to Them before I pull my jacket out of my backpack and onto my body. Contentedly, I trek to the local library. Once I arrive, I log into my Facebook and Tumblr accounts.
